Surah Aal Imran
15 Seasons
The Surah addresses three major concerns of the Qur’an.
The Day of Judgement - In the life of this world such a degree of self-knowledge would be impossible to bear, but in the next we shall certainly be made able to bear it, and to endure the judgement that follows.
Just Social Order - The social order envisaged by the Qur’an includes family obligations, obligations within marriage and divorce, and the social and legal rights that derive from those obligations.
Historic Significance - The history concern of the longer surahs is a way of presenting Islam as the rectification and preservation of all of God’s revelations to mankind.
