I requested the exam schedule but no one responded it has been more than a month. I have repeated request multiple times with no luck. Any one has this experience ?.

Yes this is an issue that needs to be clarified. Specifically about the Quran exam based on modules. I think personally i don't think they have got the capacity for whatever reason.
